Standing United Against Human Trafficking: Eco Scope Foundation Joins Global 2025 Campaign

Eco Scope Foundation, represented by our Executive Director Damian Edward has officially launched this year’s campaign ahead of the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, to be commemorated globally on 30 July 2025.

We were honored to join 16 like minded organizations under the DMI Collaboration at Msigani Primary School, Ubungo District in Dar es Salaam. It was a meaningful opportunity to engage 815 pupils, sharing knowledge and raising awareness about the harsh realities of human trafficking, a crime that continues to affect millions of people worldwide.

As part of the facilitation team, Eco Scope Foundation proudly joins both national and global efforts to combat this crime and protect our children and generations to come.

The official global theme for 2025 as published by UNODC, is:

“Human trafficking is Organized Crime End the Exploitation.”

We echo this call to action reminding the world that trafficking is not random, it is a coordinated crime, and it must end.
